Our Process

Untreated, Repurposed Crosstie Timbers

We select bundles of untreated crossties that have already been naturally seasoned by the time they reach our processor in spring and summer. Our team processes the wood into manageable pieces that light quickly and burn cleanly.

The wood then seasons for several additional months before being bagged or delivered to your door, giving you a premium burn at a fraction of kiln-dried prices.

“Our timbers are cut into blocks, then split before they are dumped and stacked in the spring/summer”

“Once our naturally seasoned timbers are processed, they are dumped, stacked and staged in the spring and summer waiting to be bagged or delivered and stacked to each of our customers”
